Lovely stay for a cheap price. The entire hotel is quite nice, the rooms/apartments were spacious enough for us two and everything seemed quite clean. We had a great experience with the staff, who were really nice and accommodating. They even allowed us to leave our backpacks after check-out while sightseeing around the city.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Decent location but area becomes very dangerous at night, like most of Quito. Shower is warm.
´´Fully equipped kitchen´´ had almost no cooking utensils and was virtually useless for cooking meals at home. Breakfast is extremely poor and hardly worth going downstairs for. Unfairly charged additional charges upon leaving for guests who stayed with us. Terrible value for money. Very very expensive apartment in a city where much better value can be found.

Our stay at Filatelia Suites & Travel was excellent. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable, with a large bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The location was perfect, close to a park and other tourist sites. The staff made arranging airport transfer extremely easy, only requiring a 5-minute notice. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Large apartment in New City section of Quito.
The apartment is a bit tatty and needs some refurbishment to freshen it up. Some extra effort should be made to provide decent cookware (just a couple of chipped and dented saucepans) crockery and cutlery.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right next to the best artisan market in town and across the road from beautiful gardens and the Casa de Cultura. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The rooms are clean and basic amenities are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The breakfast could be improved, as it was not of the best quality.

The shower in my room was amazing, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I had no issues with the shower running cold or not working at all, unlike some other guests' experiences. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The location was also great, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to the National Museum. I enjoyed my stay at Filatelia Suites & Travel and would recommend it to others.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, with great facilities and comfy beds. The hotel was ideally located near the park and university, which made it easy for us to get around. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Hard to think of anything.

We were delighted with our apartment-style accommodation. It featured a large, comfortable bedroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a medium-sized living room. The best thing about the location of the hotel is that it is very close to the university where we needed to go. We also enjoyed being near the park for a breath of fresh air.
One thing that could have been improved is the water temperature in the shower – it could have been hotter. Despite this small issue, we found the staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape and enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. the hotel offered two complimentary items that made our stay even better: free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and delicious dining options.
The room was a bit dark, which detracted from the romantic ambiance we were hoping for. We also had some issues with the hot water in the shower, which made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy our time together.

The spacious room with a large bathroom was great. We also appreciated the airport transfer service and the staff was nice. The hotel was located conveniently near some of the most popular areas in the city.
Our stay was not so comfortable. The air conditioning was not working, and the room became hot and stuffy.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going the extra mile to recommend sites, tours, and transportation options. The location was also great, close to restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the hot water in the bathroom seemed to come on and off every few minutes, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was also a big plus, as it was easy to reach the most interesting and lively areas of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms ended up being much larger than I expected, and they were clean and comfortable.
All was well and I had a great stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions, tours, and transportation. Special shout outs to Ceci and Daniela who provided exceptional service, including driving me to a nearby market.
